The young men who came to clean my gutters and provide a report as to the condition of my roof were very thorough and respectful. I live in a block of units and a neighbour had taken my reccomendation on board and had her roof cleaned and checked as well at the same time as I did. She was also very happy. Whilst on my roof they noticed that there was a tile that was out of place on another neighbour's roof opposite, so they very kindly knocked on their door and mentioned it, then got their ladder and fixed the tile for them. Tyler cleaned the gutters and provided a detailed roof review of the company building I work in (Wodonga VIC), and we were very impressed with his professionalism, and the excellent service provided. I then contacted Roof Gutter Cleaning Melb to ask if they were able to assist with my own private home (Albury NSW), as had been unable to source local gutter cleaning or an urgent roof review for several months (local companies fully booked out or not taking on new clients). Tyler and Roof Gutter Cleaning Melb went out of their way to help, squeezing in a service early in the morning. Tyler’s expertise in fixing several broken tiles (that had been causing ceiling leakage in the recent heavy rains), and his comprehensive report with before and after photos of his gutter clean and roof issues observed was incredibly detailed and helpful. This is the second time we have used the service. We received a reminder sms the day before and then another on the day to advise the guys would arrive in 15 mins. Tyler & his offsider arrived right on time. They introduced themselves and got to work. They couldn't use the suction device as there were too many sticks in the gutters that block it up. So they cleaned the gutters by hand, saved all the leaves etc for us and piled it in an area we advised so we could put the mulch on the garden. They were extremely professional, friendly, polite and efficient. This is an excellent service provided by very capable people. We have now booked in for regular cleaning. Highly recommended.
